Lack of Mr&Mr and Mr&Mrs stock
Hi there. I got married to my husband back on 2016 and became a member to buy items for my wedding and when I got there I was so disappointed and also embarrassed at what little wedding stock yous had with MR&MR and MRS&MRS. I’ve since returned a few weeks ago to find that absolutely nothing has changed in this department. There’s is a demand for it so i just don’t understand why you don’t supply more. All my friends have to go online to find items.
But can I also say how helpful and nice all your staff are.my friend and I have a huge range of MR&MR MRS&MRS and MR&MR products mainly stunning candles for wedding. If you would like to meet and have a look at what we have we would be more that happy to do so.

Just visited Country Baskets East Ardsley
Absolutely disgusted at the way we were treated,
I got charged for an item i didn’t have so i asked the member of staff who served me to check this, after checking she said i will ring for a refund, then went on her break, i had to go and explain to another member of staff who had no interest at all, i asked to speak to the manager who definitely needs to take a Management Course, not interested didn’t really want to know and walked off pushing a trolley.
I gave all the goods back got a full refund, and will never shop there again.
This Store needs Staff Training and definitely Management Training.

Helpful friendly staff
Helpful friendly staff, Always willing to help. Have been so good during lockdown despite having less staff. Online orders taking a little longer than normal but communication is great and they do their utmost to help

placed order waited 4 days no show contacted company said cannot fulfil order as was not in stock website showed 3 to 4 days delivery very poor communication will not use again

Treasure troves
Great stores. They are treasure troves and sell everything! There's nothing you can't find if you are creative. The only problem is that you can spend hours there. You have to remember that VAT needs to be added but fantastic selection of floristry supplies and lots more.
